How to unlock the Found the Relic Frame achievement in Two Worlds - Definitive Guide

First you will need to go to the Karga camp which is in the north-western section of the map. You will be stopped at the gate by a guard the easiest way to get in is to kill him. If you allow him to kill you, you will be let into the city but there will be no real way out. There are 2 mini quest you will be asked to do before you are allowed to speak to the leader. I chose the easiest so that its not too time consuming:

1) Sources Drying Up
For this you will be asked to bring back 2 Medium Health potions to a name named Antrai. I found the easiest way to do this was to just go buy 2 from a different city and bring them back.

2) Collecting Evidence
Ethan ask if you will go find a contact in the town of Gorelin, there is a teleporter simply called Gorelin teleporter so this shouldn't be hard to find. The contacts name is Zed Masara, all you must do is go talk to Zed Masara and then return back to Ethan.

Once you have done these two missions go talk to Cahal Karga and then to his father's guard. Once you talk to Ultar Karga you have to go to the Excavations (east of Tharbakin) and behind friend Sano Moon and get into his house. There are letters on the floor, pick them up and return to Ultar Karga. Once you have finished the quest you are allowed into their treasury and the relic frame sits in the middle. Go pick it up and the achievement is yours.

On a side note you should make sure you don't already own a relic piece. I own one and it screwed me out of the achievement.

If you do have relics on you, simply save and drop the pieces, pick up the frame, then the relics, and you should be ready to go to Qudinaar.

You will find Ultar Karga at the top of the hill in the village, inside the building

Sano Moon is the NPC in armor who is standing in front of the building that is just before the gated/walled area

The letters are in the back of the room, there is a glowing beam of light on them, so they are tough to miss

!!** after turning in the quest SAVE YOUR GAME BEFORE PICKING UP THE RELIC**!!

The relic is in the little gated area along the road that leads back down the hill to the village. If you don't get the achievement after picking the glowing relic up, reload your game and drop or store any other quest objects you have in your inventory. Now try to pick up the relic and see if the achievement pops.

The Relic Frame is found in the Karga Camp in the NW of the world map. The quickest way to do this is to attack the person guarding the door and he will kill you, then you'll resurrect inside the camp. However, no one will be mad at you, even the guy you attacked. Complete a quest inside the camp (I think there is an easy one where a mage asks for two healing potions), then use a rock to the left of the main gate to jump outside the fence. Walk back to the main gate and you'll now have enough reputation with the camp for him to unlock it. Then just go to the top of the hill at the back of the camp and follow the missions to unlock the treasury and grab the frame.
