If you intend to get the following achievement:
The Visited All Locations achievement in Two Worlds worth 235 pointsVisit all the locations in the game.
or even just this one:
The Visited All Undergrounds achievement in Two Worlds worth 91 pointsVisit all the underground locations in the game.
then 10 undergrounds is a piece of cake, just refer to those solutions. If you're only after this achievement and not the other two then every time you come across a cave make sure to explore it (or at least step in and out again). There are a few quests that require you going underground as well.
