Two Worlds

Using a map, this is a piece of cake, like the Dark Tower achievement. If you're interested in completing the quests, don't forget to pick up samples of The Taint at every graveyard (usually 2 or 3). They emit beams of light, so they are hard to miss, and you'll have to collect them all to complete a quest from a necromancer in the northern regions.

Definatley an achievement worth going for unlike the other visit all ... achievements there are very few graveyards most of which you should stumble into whilst playing through.
