Lenny the Lyre-Bird is around the right corner from the boomerang shop. Just press Y to start the story then press Y again to skip the dialogue. Once he mentions the story about the color Yellow and you skip that one, the next story is the last and the achievement unlocks upon talking to him again.

You can find Lenny in Baramudgee, with a load of young Koalas with him. He is by a red slide and monkey bars.
Simply talk to him to hear all of his lies, to hear all of them takes around 10 minutes of constant talking!!
