Fluffy is the most frustrating of the bosses. You are not necessarily fighting her but the three mechs outside of the arena. Go to the three spots around the map with the rocket pads on them. Try not to fall off and get frustrated. Once all three mechs are down, hit Fluffy until she is defeated.

To defeat Fluffy you first need to get rid of the big 3 roaming robots (Aqua Fluffies). There will be 3 turrets around the platforms which you can use, once you have killed 1 Fluffy will destroy the turret so you need to move onto the next one.
Once all 3 are destroyed, just punch Fluffy whenever she is hanging onto the platform to knock her health down!
