Buster is the fight right after you finish the Oil Rig level. This boss is the longest of the boss fights. You have to wait until he jumps at you and roars to do damage to his core. Once he is defeated the achievement unlocks.

This boss is bugged for me. He destroyed all platforms and I am unable to stand on solid ground and instead Ty is swimming as if it’s shallow water.

You need to complete the mission Buster the Nanobot (right after you put the fires out at the oil rig)
Avoid all his attacks by staying on above the water. Once he yells and you see his blue mouth, throw your boomerang at it.
It takes about 10 hits until he is dead, simply avoid the Nanobots when they disperse by staying above water.
