From the main menu select a Penalty Shootout against Germany. Play on Amateur. When it is your turn to shoot aim at the top left or right corners. Use about 1/3 to 1/2 power on your shots so you hit the net. You should score on most of them. When it is your turn to be the goalie, just try to guess correctly and move your goalie left or right to stop the shot. You might stop one or two, but the CPU will likely miss since it is on amateur difficulty. You will get this and the "76 Shootout" achievement at the same time.
