While playing through Captain your Country mode this will unlock, you have to play through until you get in the main team (not the B Internationals) and then earn the captaincy. To get captaincy just keep up you playing ratings during games, make sure yo9ur pass and dribble percentages are high and scoring goals helps the most. In between most games you will be able to read an article on your progress. You can get these achievements on amateur difficulty.
