Play as Milan Baros from the Czech Republic in Captain your Country. You can also go for the Retain the Golden Boot achievement at the same time. Start off and score alot of goals and get high ratings in the friendly and qualifying games (ratings between 9 and 10 should keep you up with the main team.) There are 12 qualifying games total. Once you have a substantial lead in your qualifying group you can just forfeit the rest of your games. Once all the qualifying games are finished the achievement will unlock. You do not have to be the captain to have this unlock. Also you can play on Amateur and 4 min halves.

Same as before but instead choose a Forward when you start Captain your Country mode and you will get the achievement when your team qualifies.
