The easiest way is to just not pass too much. Go on Amateur difficulty, kick it around at the back a few times then just play without passing at all. Simple.

This is easier the shorter the game and it goes without sayin on amateur difficulty. It is also easier to do by passing less. When the game starts just pass with your defenders a few times and don't pass again. When you get the ball just head toards goal. You can even leave the game on and let your team loose. You will probably get this along the way through doing Captain your Country mode though, just dont pass alot. You can also see your pass percentage at half time when it shows you and the other 3 players hoping to become Captain.
