Start a new captain your country mode up > 4 Mins a half > Amateur. Then select your team to be the Czech Republic and choose your player as Milan Baros (Forward).
Play all the international B matches and friendlies to gain access into the full squad. Then during the qualifying stage make sure you win enough points for qualification which is easily done on this difficulty.
When you have qualified you will unlock 25g - For qualify with a attacker (If you haven't already got it.)
Now in the finals, in your group stage - of 4 teams win all three matches and try and score around 12 -15 goals with baros between them games. This should guarantee this achievement. When you have progressed into the quarter finals you can just forfeit that match to save time, you will still win the golden boot as the computer isn't very good.

*It took me roughly 1 hour and 30 mins to unlock both achievements. In my game, in the finals i scored 9 goals and still won the golden boot.

Play as the Czech Republic and choose to be the existing player Milan Baros. Set the difficulty as amateur and make sure you score lots of goals at the EURO 2008 finals. To make sure you get it you can just play the first match in the finals of the EURO 2008 and set it to a longer time limit and score loads then and then you can watch the top scores as you play through. Its not hard at all to get the golden boot on amateur and you should be Milan Baros as your first play through to unlock other achievements on the way instead of having to do a whole new play through just to get this one achievement.
