In KICK-OFF Mode if you are having trouble scoring goals on this difficulty, try and keep the other team scoreless until the end of a 4 min match. Then you can select the option of competing in a penalty shootout to decide the match. I found it much easier to win this way than in the actual match.

These ones are pretty straight forward, choose Greece against Portugal and it goes without saying Semi Pro why would you want to make it harder on yourself...
It has to be done on solo mode only as stated but it's not really difficult and you might find it easier to make the game as short as possible which is 4 minutes, so that you can score and change team formation to a defensive one if your having problems.
