How to unlock the Wanted: Flying Mouthpieces achievement in UFC 2009 Undisputed - Definitive Guide
Really, this achievement is more about luck. Use rough kick and hard punches (aim your Left stick towards the opponent as you punch or kick). If your a player that likes to go for the knockout, you should eventually unlock this achievement in no time. An uppercut or strong jab to the jaw usually gets the most hang time from the mouthpiece.
