did this with brock lesnar on beginner. won all fights except last against nogueria. it offered a retry, i accepted and beat him and achievement unlocked

i got mine using brock too except i won all fights and it popped straight after last win

This can be done on beginner difficulty. You can also choose to make it 8 fights so that it doesnt take as long. I used Rashad Evans and basically didnt stop punching. But i advise to be a little more careful. It isnt too hard though. Title Defense mode is harder.
