Very easily achieved, this one. Start a match and then repeatedly taunt your rival by pressing the d-pad. The "Cocky S.O.B" achievement will then pop up after 20 seconds or so of taunting.

Work like a charm. kept taughtin while he was hitting me and it popped 15 seconds into the fight. good find bro
