How to unlock the It's The Jits! achievement in UFC Undisputed 2010 - Definitive Guide
Ive found this video to be most helpful. Heres the step by step.
-Pick Demian Maia vs Drew McFedries (EXP CPU)
-Run and clinch with him (RS->), now slam him (LB+RS rotate from 10pm to 5pm)
-Attempt a submission (click RS) but dont spin at all and let his stamina drain
-Once he reverses, put him in a butterfly guard (LB+RS rotate from 6pm to 9pm)
-Attempt a triangle (click RS), BUT immediately switch it (LB+click RS) to an armbar
-Spin (RS) and you should get the tap.
Heres how it should go:

The way I did it was Frank Mir vs Pat Barry.
As Frank Mir run at your opponent, get him in a Muay Thai Clinch (LB and towards opponent with the right stick). Then drag him into your guard. Then hit LB and RSB to slap on a sub. When his energy goes down about half way hit LB and RSB again to go into a sub transition, then finally when his energy goes down to nearly all gone hit LB and RSB again to go into a triangle. His energy should be completly gone and you should have over half remaining to finish the sub.
Simple.

What direction do you spin the stick in?
I spin it and he doesn't even do anything.

As most people have said before the technique is pretty easy and I got it within the first few tries this afternoon.
1. Pick Demian Maia Vs Skyskrape (if you have him) or Drew McFredries and make sure it's on Expert.
2. As soon as the match starts run towards Skyskrape and push RS towards him.
3. Once in a clinch hold LB and move your right stick from 10 o'clock to 5 o'clock to throw him to the ground.
4. As soon as he's on the ground click the RS and wait until his power bar is almost completely down. Don't move your RS after you've clicked.
5. As he tries to get out click LB and RS and you should go in to an Armbar. Rotate the RS clockwise as fast as you can.
You should unlock the achievement! If not, try again and you will eventually get the hang of the process!

I used Frank Mir vs Pat Barry in the video. My method is simple and you don't need much ground skill to use it.I grab him in Single Collar Tie and pull him down into Flying Armbar.I wait untill his stamina is almost gone and then transtion (LB+RSB) to triangle and then twirl my right stick untill he taps out.
I guarantee you will get this achievement if you just follow couple things I have to say.
I used the AmbaLaBamba guys method for the most part untill the end.
seems like people are not having trouble transitioning from first sub to second or third. People are getting to the last sub and the CPU always escapes.
Here's the trick. (1 of 2)
go to DASHBOARD (Xbox home) - SYSTEM - STORAGE- choose your storage device. PRESS Y which will clear system cache.
Now go play the game and don't download the 4MB update. You will get this achievement offline like I did but it will save you the frustration.
trick (2 of 2)
when you transition to the next sub (last submission) ARMBAR....right away start using your PALM instead of your right thumb clockwise...as fast as possible and cowabunga!
here's your achievement don't forget to vote and give me a virtual cookie...chao!
