How to unlock the Breaking your Best Toys achievement in UFC Undisputed 3 - Definitive Guide

I tried to get this against my first career CAF and I was able to defeat him on Ultimate mode, but I had not yet FINISHED the career but was already inducted to the HOF. It did not give me the achievement, so I think the CAF needs to have career mode COMPLETED as well as be in the HOF.

I'm having trouble with this, I've beaten my retired Hall of Fame fighter twice on Expert, both with regular and sim energy and it didn't pop.

I just got the achievement, and I DID NOT finish the career with my fighter. I think I have had around 30 fights with him (30-0) but not finished. Still got the cheevo. :)

I just wanted to build off of whodigs guide here. But yes, it's fairly simple: all you have to do is best a CAF with Hall of Fame status attained. To do it, just keep winning in the UFC, gain a title or two, and you should get it by your 25th fight if you go unbeaten.

As for beating your CAF, it could be tough. It depends on the fighters weaknesses on who to use. Leg kicks are always an easy way to win, since they are fast and negates the CPU's strong attacks if timed correctly. If you go the leg kick route, I say use a guy like Overeem, Aldo, or someone with a high kicking offense. From there, just keep chopping down til you get the TKO and use your angles to prevent yourself from getting blasted. If you dont have the leg kick TKO achievement yet, it will also earn you that.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, contact me here.

Simple achievement just fight against your CAF on expert or higher and win by any method. If you are having trouble finding your fighter navigate left or right to find the Pride and CAF fighters.

Fairly simple to pull off if you know the bad places from your created fighter.

This trophy can be done when you get the Hall Of Fame trophy in career mode or after you have finished your career. If you do it once you have obtained the HOF status but not finished your career, it will be easier as your CAF's stats will be lower. Now, load up an exhibition match (On expert difficulty) and choose the strongest fighter in the weight division and let the CPU use your CAF. Win the match and the trophy will pop.

To earn this achievement you must have a fighter that has achieved Hall of Fame status, then from the main menu select exhibition, select UFC, make sure the difficulty is set to Expert, choose the weight class your Hall of Fame fighter is in then select your CAF as your opponent. The best time to attempt this achievement is as soon as your fighter achieves Hall Of Fame status because you will want to fight your CAF at their weakest.

The highest rated fighters are:

  • Bantamweight: Dominick Cruz
  • Featherweight: Jose Aldo
  • Lightweight: Frankie Edgar, BJ penn or Ben Henderson
  • Welterweight: Georges St-Pierre
  • Middleweight: Anderson Silva
  • Light Heavyweight: Jon Jones
  • Heavyweight: Cain Velasquez

We start the “Career” mode with the fighter you created; during the game, try not to push him too much in terms of training. After you get into the hall of fame (about 20-22 battles), we leave the career and go to EXHIBITION, set the difficulty level to EXPERT, choose a stronger fighter for yourself, and choose someone from the career as your opponent. That’s it, all that’s left is to lay him down on his shoulder blades so that he doesn’t get up.

If suddenly you have upgraded your career fighter quite a lot or simply cannot win on the expert, here is a simple tip. pump up a fighter in a career as a boxer's striker. It’s not difficult to go through a career with such a fighter, and when the time comes for a match against your fighter, we take any kick boxer and repeat the combination from a distance + or In the second round, if you kept your distance, you will be given a technical victory, and you will also receive the Chopping 'em Down trophy if you didn't. The main thing is not to keep it between blows all the time so that your protégé does not knock you out with a boxing blow
