How to unlock the Breaking your Best Toys achievement in UFC Undisputed 3 - Definitive Guide
As for beating your CAF, it could be tough. It depends on the fighters weaknesses on who to use. Leg kicks are always an easy way to win, since they are fast and negates the CPU's strong attacks if timed correctly. If you go the leg kick route, I say use a guy like Overeem, Aldo, or someone with a high kicking offense. From there, just keep chopping down til you get the TKO and use your angles to prevent yourself from getting blasted. If you dont have the leg kick TKO achievement yet, it will also earn you that.

Fairly simple to pull off if you know the bad places from your created fighter.

This trophy can be done when you get the Hall Of Fame trophy in career mode or after you have finished your career. If you do it once you have obtained the HOF status but not finished your career, it will be easier as your CAF's stats will be lower. Now, load up an exhibition match (On expert difficulty) and choose the strongest fighter in the weight division and let the CPU use your CAF. Win the match and the trophy will pop.
To earn this achievement you must have a fighter that has achieved Hall of Fame status, then from the main menu select exhibition, select UFC, make sure the difficulty is set to Expert, choose the weight class your Hall of Fame fighter is in then select your CAF as your opponent. The best time to attempt this achievement is as soon as your fighter achieves Hall Of Fame status because you will want to fight your CAF at their weakest.
