Easiest way to this achievement, start up title mode, win the first match, then when you get to the screen which shows how many spots you've moved up (the Ranking Results screen), just leave it on this screen. Doesn't matter if your controller turns off, either.
For some reason the game counts this screen as still in a match. Therefore 15 hours later, the achievement is yours.

It sure does work. Just a note if u don't do it all in one sitting just make sure ur save before u turn the game off by fighting the next match.

I also confirm that this works, I set it on the results and made lunch, walked my dog, and watched tv. I added three hours to my total ring time.

This achievement is "Dedication" and the achievement description says: Accumulate 15 hours of fight time.
If you do not know how many hours of fight time you have; From the Main Menu, click Game Progress, then click Game Record and then press RB (Right Bumper) twice, you should now be on the Player Data page and the second thing displayed on that page should be: TOTAL MATCH TIME, once that is at 15 hours, the achievement will unlock.

As the description says, just simply accumulate 15 hours of fight time. How much time you have accumulated can be found in the game progress mode, just along from your fight record.

This is fight time only, is an easy achievement if you are trying for Online Journeyman or A Quarter Down, Three to Go achievements. You can check how much time you have played in Game Progress then Game Record.
