Achievement unlocked only after i made 5 substitutions in a single ranked match not 3

Same for me aswell, needed to do five substitutions for it to unlock.

Este trofeo tiene un pequeño error lo único que deben realizar es hacer 5 cambios una vez lo realicen el trofeo se desbloqueara

Should read as "make three separate substitutions"

Only popped for me when making subs at different points

Did 2 at half time

Did 1 on 60

And another on 75.

I guess any combination would work, providing you don't exceed 5 subs total!

Gave for substitution of 5 players, for some reason they don't give for 3, maybe the description is incorrect. Can be done during the break for the second half or by requesting a pause in the game. (3 pauses per game)
