More advice than ‘solution’, but hopefully it’s helpful for those new to the game.
Your 1st match will be against an AI opponent and should give you the best opportunity to score 5.
I’m not great at football games and was 1 goal shy of the achievement in my first match but eventually managed it legit so it IS possible. However, you may encounter many opponents quitting and forfeiting the match once they’re 2-3 goals down, but stick with it.
When you get relegated (need to verify but just losing 3+ games in a row may trigger it too) down a division (eg Silver > Bronze), your next match will be against another AI team - you’ll notice that the opposition players won’t have their name displayed above the controlling player.
Some tips that players may find useful;
Don’t use Through Balls
. They’re almost entirely useless and 99% will result in a perfect pass to the opposition. You may have luck with Lobbed 
+ or Driven Lobbed + 
+ , but even then it’s down to luck and positioning.
Pass and run + 
will make the passing player run forward into space after completing the pass and can be used to devastating effect.
During an attack, running in and shooting (default is
) from the arc in the penalty area seems effective. ‘Aftertouch’ appears to be a thing (move 
while the shot meter builds when shooting to curve the ball left, right etc, but I honestly don’t understand the mechanics enough to give advice.
During a corner kick, tap to call another player for a short pass as crossing into the box rarely results in scoring.
