IDK if you can't do this with two players or if its glitched online, but I tried both of those ways and it didn't unlock for me.
When/If this works:
There is a way to turn of the special points in the options menu. I don't know if that affects this or if all special points need to be on as of right now because it's glitched. But if you need all of the special point options on heres how to get this achievement.
I got "lucky" and actually did this legit online, but it didn't unlock. This is much easier to do with 3 controllers though. (Not sure about shared controller couch)
First of all, you need at least 3 players in the game. You need to make someone who is not the player going for the achievement finish first, and then the player who is going for the achievement can finish so they don't get a "solo" or "first" point. You need to switch out the player who finishes first every round or else they'll win and not they player with no special points. If you're the player with no special points, DON'T PLACE TRAPS. Also, don't place coins with any players. This sounds confusing, but isn't very difficult if you pay attention to what you're doing.

This achievement has been fixed with the January 16th update.

Didn't work for me with two players either, I tried same console with three players and it didn't unlock. It must be 3-4 online players or it's glitched.
EDIT: It's fixed now and can easily be done with two controllers, just win every round and don't kill your second controller with traps.

This is easiest to do in a two player local shared controller game. Special points are things such as solo points, post-mortem, collecting a coin, killing someone with a trap, etc. Set the game rules to 2 rounds and pick Farm. Have each player place a normal construction piece somewhere out of the way. Have one player reach the finish both rounds and the other kill themselves on the machine each round. When the game is over, the winning player won't have any special points and will win, unlocking the achievement.
