You can get this as well as the engineer achievement. Its very easy to go into freeplay mode by pressing the button towards the top left of the lobby. You can choose any items you want and this is extremely easy to get.

Should probably note that "glue" = "honey".

Thanks for the honey part...I was using the paint brush thinking that was glue...lol

This achievement can be easily unlocked in free play by simply placing two blocks horizontally in any area and opening the menu (by pressing 
) and getting the piece of tape. Place the tape over the two blocks and bam, achievement.
