Like the other glue achievement. You'll most likely unlock this on accident, but you can get this very easily in freeplay mode. By pressing the button towards the top left of the lobby you can change the gamemode. In freeplay mode you can place anything anywhere you want so just place some glue and moveable objects and this achievement is extremely easy.

The description is very straightforward but I had a lot of difficulty getting this achievement to pop. The "honey" in the inventory pages is the glue you have to use, and I wasn't sure what constituted a "block" so I eventually unlocked the achievement using the items shown in the picture below. This can be done in Free Play on any level, so just load up a level, pull up your inventory, and then put together the structure shown below.
