This doesn't really have a quick way around it. You can shorten the game to 2 rounds which will make the games extremely quick, but boring. If you're playing online, always host the game. Around 90% of the time the item will go to the host. Just keep playing the game normally and this will eventually happen, its just a little grind.

Only need 12/18 levels, you can get levels rarely when question marks appear on other levels, there are requirements to get question marks such as play X amount of games and play more recently unlocked levels. WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T TRY INPUTTING THE CODE THAT UNLOCKS EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU UNLOCK THIS ACHIEVEMENT, you will lose all you progress and have to reset. You can grind in local or online boosting with someone or a second controller too, I think online is faster but I’m not too sure. You can also do the cheat code to unlock everything after this pops and the all characters/clothing ones, the cheat code was YY XX YY RB in that order not necessarily fast either. Goodluck gamers.
