You can easily farm this with a friend. Just have him stand in a corner and hold down and back to block while you use quick punches on him. Me and my friend used Viewtiful Joe for the punches and MODOK for the blocks due to the massive height and the shortness of Viewtiful Joe. Should be easy no matter how you do it, though.
