Select Offline Mode and Mission Mode to do these. Every Missions consists of you doing a combo perfectly. If you're having trouble with someones mission, move on and come back to it later. A Fight Stick would be the obvious controller choice here, as the stick and button layout allow you to perform the combos far easier then a D Pad could.

Press start then Mission Objective to see what combos you need to do, and how to do them. If you don't know what something means, press start and hit Controller Layout to see.

The first 5 Missions of every character are very easy, making this achievement very easy itself, perhaps maybe just a little time consuming.
