here is a easy way to do it, with galactus mode just press "B" and you can do a snap back every time, this takes just 5 to 10 minutes to get!!

To perform a Snap Back, do the QCF motion and hit an assist button (LB or RB). If you hit the opponent their character will be taken out of the match and one of their reserves will be brought in. This takes 1 hyper combo bar every time it's performed, weather you hit them or not.

Do this 50 times and you're done, very easy.
