You’ll get this in Chapter 1. After getting out of the hospital, you’ll have to get to a bridge. This will start to collapse, and you’ll get a (generous) time limit to escape. You’ll need to shoot the bombers along the way to defeat the enemies quickly and clear the path. Once you’ve escaped you’ll get this.
