Enable infinite ammo and bullet speed.

For this trophy, it doesn't matter whether you are getting dragged, or if you decide to climb a bit and then hang in the air - aiming is a bit easier while hanging in the air, though.

Note that if you don't have the trophy "Hang Tough!" yet, you might want to stay and get dragged a bit - headshotting bike drivers for example will progress that trophy, as the vehicle counts as destroyed (10 vehicles required).

If you climb up the rope, avoid climbing on the truck - that progresses the game. Stay swinging in the air. AFAIK the ride is infinite and enemies also spawn infinitely. Start making headshots! To save time, shoot first the passenger of the bike, and then the driver - if you shoot the driver first, the bike crashes and get only one kill. Keep going until trophy pops.
