If you’re starting a new game to accomplish the above make sure you choose to NOT carry over your stats from the previous game. Otherwise by the end of the epilogue you are unlikely to be over 70%. If like me, you did choose to include your stats, there is a way to get your accuracy up fast.

Under chapter select (not encounter select, this doesn’t actually help your accuracy) load up chapter 15. Play through until you get to the part where you’re running across the falling building where those two machine gun guys are shooting you. Do NOT break through the door with Sam. Instead take cover next to the door and aim at those two guys. They can’t be killed, so you can shoot them infinitely until your accuracy is over 70%. Afterwards, break through the door, quit out to the main menu, load up the epilogue and beat it. Then you can skip the credits and the sharpshooter trophy will pop.
