There are 4 unit buildings. Spirit, Skeleton, Corpse, and Animal.
You just need to upgrade any of the 4 buildings to level 3. The first upgrade costs 5000g and the second upgrade costs 50,000 gold. They both also have a level requirement in order to upgrade them which you can find when clicking the upgrade option when inside the building's menu.
