To get this achievement, you first off need to complete Arcade Mode.
Once you have completed Arcade Mode once, from the menu Arcade Mode Extra is unlocked, and just by starting this game mode, the achievement will unlock.
Essentially, it is the same game, just a mirror image (so enemies that did come from the left, come from the right now, etc)

Start arcade extra mode. You need to clear stage 1-5 in new order mode or arcade mode to unlock this mode.
