When you get to this stage, go to leave and that achievement will pop.
Be quick here.
Immediately force quit the game using the guide button, then reload.
This will reload at the choice stage facing Pearl with the option to ‘Stay’. Select and other achievement will pop.
There is no need to delete saves as this appears to be achievable without this now (as I’ve just done it)

Once I reached the point to decide to either STAY with Pearl, or walk out the door and LEAVE, I chose one of the options.
A cutscene started and the corresponding achievement unlocked.
I immediately quit/dashboarded out of the game and CONTINUED. I was right back at the decision point. I chose the other option.
BOTH ACHIEVEMENTS UNLOCKED in just a few minutes.
So it still works to dash/quit out and reload.

I just want to add that there is NOT a point of no return despite the story mission making it seem that way. Upon get one ending or both, it will take you to the menu. Simply hit Continue and Load and you will return to Home 1 before you went to bed on Day 17.

At the end of the game, when in the room with Pearl, you can choose to leave or stay. This achievement is for staying.
NOTE: Reloading after completing the game is currently pretty buggy, making it difficult to get one ending then continuing on the same file to get the other (the prompt to look at Pearl/jellyfish no longer shows up).

After you select one of the two choices, the respective achievement should unlock after a few seconds during a cutscene. Immediately hit dashboard, hit the start button on the game, choose 'Manage Game and addons' and delete the local console save file. This will close the game. When you restart it, you'll be synced with the last cloud save a few minutes before the final choice enabling you to choose the second ending and get both achievements in one playthrough.
