How to unlock the Telly Addict achievement in Under The Waves - Definitive Guide

I got this on day 3 but you can probably get this earlier. When you sit down on the chair beside the coffee machine you can view the TV. Pressing b on it changes channels. Keep pressing it until the achievement pops

I can confirm I got this on day 2, when asked to go back to try out the crafting table

I got this during my first visit to the hab. Went to storage and got the camera. Went across to the kitchen, sat on the stool, looked at the television and kept hitting the B button. At first, it was a weather woman, then static 5x and achievement unlocked.
