When you take too much damage in your mini sub, you will die and the achievement will pop. Missable, because you might not ever bump into enough stuff to break your sub.

So can we ram the sub into walls/floors at the start until we die and safely reload last save?
UPDATE:
YES. Immediately upon piloting the mini-sub Moon, I accelerated and boosted into walls until low hull integrity caused it to implode.
Held A to continue game, then achievement unlocks.
My first achievement in the game.
Next I'm going straight for the surface.
