A warning about missability in the spoiler tag.
When you arrive at Halls 4's exit room, enter a dialogue with the two guards at the door. A 3-wave horde battle will ensue. It's tough, especially on your first try, because these enemies are a preview of what will come in the Shimmering Caverns. But they're basically just upgraded versions of the spiders and flies. The two guards you may have killed in the first dungeon are on your team this time, and the mage WILL heal you, if you keep her alive. The flies will aim mostly at her while the spiders will all charge the knight.
They will all spawn from burrows that have a few seconds lag between appearing and spewing out enemies. I recommend targeting one burrow first until its destroyed, the first one usually has spiders come out of it. Keep the flies off the mage so she can keep healing you and the knight and take out the other two burrows. The spiders usually all crowd around the knight, making them easy picking once they do. Remember that they poison you if they touch you, so swing once at a time and jump to avoid them between each swing.
After three waves, whether your allies survive or not, you'll get the key and be able to jump into the Shimmering Caverns.

Doesn't this take place in the Halls of Din, rather than Delvemore?

Just wanted to provide another easier solution to these "skip boss" achievements. If you are planning on beating the game you will be able to unlock all of these achievements without doing any of the required extra steps. As the bosses respawn on future runs but you have already maps and fast travel unlocked you can just use that to unlock the achievements.
Steps would be:
1. Beat the game first aka Lift the Summoning Stone.
2. Go back in to the mine.
3. Use the fast travel guy (room on top of the one where you start) and just teleport to specific floor by using map - in this case: Caverns.
That's it.
