When you first start the game, the first floor will act as a tutorial teaching you to jump, attack etc. To get the achievement, at the part where a bomb is dropped for you to pick up - take this to the first chamber you dropped into and place it against the middle of the top wall. This will explode, opening a secret passage. Continue with the rest of the tutorial for the achievement.
