How to unlock the Let's Suffer Together achievement in UnderMine - Definitive Guide
This one is a bit of a grind. Well, it was for me... Anyway what you must do is finish a run of the Undermine and in each run lift the summoning stone and beat a run again on that difficulty. In each stone level the enemies and bosses have a certain % more hp and damage than the last. I personally found it to get dicey at around level 20 where runs weren't as guaranteed to be successful.
I won't get too far into this guide other than some tips and tricks since this could technically turn into a full game guide and that's a bit much too ask from me.
1) Controlling item spawns. Basically, more items = less chance for the one's you'd like. Mitigate this by only crafting items you want.
2) Familiars. I found the fairy indispensable for these summoning stone runs. You may disagree but being able to get loads of blessings is actually quite the blessing. Hah! Speaking of blessings...
3) Blessings. Always be blessed. Are you not using alters? I sure hope you are being blessings are amazing. The fairy helps here and at this stage of the game, those minor curses are easy to get rid of and inconsequential. Take note of point 1 here as there is a size limit to the blessings offered.
4) Transmutation. Transmute away to get the things you want. Sometimes though, this option is limited. You're goal for each run should be to burn through the item pool.
5) Item combos. I don't have many of these but I found the soul cannon and fork to be an extremely useful combo as fork multiplied the damage of soul cannon by a factor of 10, and shot 3 times more.
6) And finally for the piss de resistance. The cheese method is to defeat bosses on the 0 level run, don't enter the portal at the end, and give up. Sometimes giving up is the best thing you can do for yourself. Switch over to whatever stone you're on and do a run. There will be no bosses so just power through the floors the best you can. Make no mistake however, in the 20+ level runs the enemies get quite a bit more HP so you may have trouble if you skip sections. You can also quit out of the game from the menu to have a shot at retrying the floor you're on if you get a couple of bad hits. However if you die, its game over man.
This guide was a good bit longer than I anticipated. I hope these tips and tricks help!

Good tips, I agree the sylph familiar is very good. You want to get it level 3 asap. Also the best relic to pair with sylph is Ara after praying (getting blessed or removing curse) you have a timer that blocks the next curse. If you're quick you can just keep praying at altars and never get cursed, but I always want to open cursed chests and blow up cursed flames.
The next best relics are the guacamole one that makes there be an extra altar room on levels already with one. And the one that lets you pray twice. Once you're sylph is level 2 that relic let's you pray 3 times at each altar.
One more thing is to always get altar potions, blessing potions, and the most OP one the blessing doubler. I try to save them for the beginning of a level so if it doubles a crappy one then I can restart the level from pause screen and try again. You can get 100-200 blessings if you get lucky and aquire those relics early, and are able to double your highest ones. Some stats max out tho so keep that in mind.
I also use the lesser demon sometimes, once he gains a few power levels and reaches level 3 he can dish out some serious damage. He's very helpful fighting the second boss. You just always want to make sure you have a curse for him to destroy when his count down reaches zero or he won't gain a power level.

The only thing I can add to this is that it's worth saving a VERY good item like the Master Pick or something of the equivalent for the final run. I saved crafting the Master Pick for my final run to make it easier and oh man was it a blast having that from the start.
It felt like cheating but so is dying from two hits on any of the bosses.
