In the Dungeon you'll free another vendor, Lilyth. After she's freed you'll start finding blueprints for blessings that work the same as the blueprints for potions and relics, learned by spending Thorium.

This one (as of Oct 5th 2020) might be glitched. I have found multiple blessing blueprints but have not unlocked the achievement.
