How to unlock the Blinking Ghosts achievement in Undertale - Definitive Guide

To get these achievements, you have to line up a line of the same icons in the Dog Shrine's slot machine. I found these achievements super annoying, but I also found a cheesy way to get these achievements much faster, which I'll detail below.
Getting to the Dog Shrine:
The Dog Shrine is available after you spare Papyrus in his boss fight, and it's located in his house (he'll take you there once you talk to him after his fight). Once in his house, go through his kitchen to find a doorway leading you to the shrine. The box on the left is where you donate 25G for 5 coins, which you then use on the green slot machine and must line up the icons to get the respective achievements. Because you'll end up spending a lot of money to get a decent amount of dog coins, it's recommended you save these achievements for last with the Dog Shrine donation achievements. Cheese Method:
Now since the icons move quickly it can be hard to hit them in time, but they actually go in a pattern. Because of this, you can learn the pattern and then open your Xbox dashboard to freeze the game. Going back into the game will give you a delay allowing you get which icons you want. For example, lets say you want the bone icons, and you see a slot in this order: D letter, cherry, ghost, bone, and then it repeats. If you start to open and close your guide quickly on the ghost icon, you can anticipate the bone. When you see the upper half of the icon you want, that's usually the sweet spot where you want to start hitting A to get it. Don't mash it too much though, because that can sometimes make you stop more than one slot, usually messing you up.

Definitely a good method, still a bit annoying but I managed to get all of them relatively quickly. The most challenging one is the 2nd slot since you have to make sure not to spam too much and accidentally trigger the 3rd. It's also worth mentioning that I managed to get a 777 by accident and as a reward it actually slowed down all the slots, so that could potentially be worth going for. I'm pretty sure it remains slowed down unless you leave the room

You don't need to grind coins. Just use your coins to buy Dog coins and then save before starting
Turn 30 coins to 500 by just playing slots. Just spam A and you should earn more than you lose
If somehow you run out of coins you can dashboard and reload your save to retry
