After reaching Snowdin head right and beat Papyrus. You can now head back to his house in Snowdin and play a minigame to befriend him.
After befriending Papyrus head to the kitchen in his house and head through the new door. This is the dog shrine, here you can make donations and play the slot machine.
Through this room can you obtain all of the achievements that aren't based around reaching certain areas in the game, it may take a while to get together all the money to complete all of these as 5 dog coins cost 25g so the 500 coin achievement is actually 2,500g.
Edit: If you choose to kill Papyrus then you will not get access to the dog shrine and will need to start a new game in order to do this method. Thank you to Sicilian Sinner.

I believe I have the best/easiest method for the donating achievements
You don't need to grind coins. Just use your coins to buy Dog coins and then save before starting
Turn 30 coins to 500 by just playing slots. Just spam A and you should earn more than you lose
If somehow you run out of coins you can dashboard and reload your save to retry

No idea why people are getting down voted for the slots method. It literally took me 5-10 minutes to gain 500 gold this way. Better than going backwards and forwards selling glasses.

@White Wyvern: Probably because this is encouraging gambling, this was too luck dependent, the Or... part not being explained for story reasons, the video itself being over 90 minutes and may or may not have been well thought out with the music in the video, or this somehow ruined the ending you were going for, but then again Undertale isn't exactly kid friendly judging from the intro fight with Flowey and some of the possible endings, so who knows why there are downvotes.

This trophy (and all other Dognation trophies) can be obtained by donating various amounts of G to the Dog Shrine. The shrine is located within Sans' and Papyrus' house in Snowdin Town.
To access the shrine, you must spare Papyrus during your battle with him after reaching the end of the forest/town area. After this, return to Snowdin Town to see Papyrus standing outside of his house. Speak with him, and he will unlock the front door. Once inside, walk straight ahead into the kitchen and inspect the tall sink. After a short scene plays, walk into the newly opened doorway to find the Dog Shrine.
You can only donate a set amount of G to the shrine at any given time before you must leave the room to see how the dog spends the money you've given it. A total of 350G is needed for all levels; for Level 1, only 2G is required, and this unlocks a set of lights above the shrine.
Assuming no G has been spent by the player up to this point, and some areas/minigames have been grinded (you can replay a golf-like game in the Snowdin area for G by pushing a snowball in to a hole; the better you perform/the faster you do so, the more G you receive), it's possible to have all 350G already, just by sparing monsters and examining various objects (notably, the couch in Sans' and Papyrus' house contains 20G, and a snow poff before fighting the Greater Dog boss contains 30G). If not, you can return to the Dog Shrine at almost any time in the game after progressing further. Items can also be sold at the Tem Shop in Temmie Village.
