I believe I have the best/easiest method for the donating achievements
You don't need to grind coins. Just use your coins to buy Dog coins and then save before starting
Turn 30 coins to 500 by just playing slots. Just spam A and you should earn more than you lose
If somehow you run out of coins you can dashboard and reload your save to retry

To get this achievement you need to spare Papyrus and go on a date with him in his house, then go into his fridge and you will unlock a secret room you need to unlock this achievement and many more
I would recommend using the Cloudy Glasses method, which you can use when you enter Waterfall and unlock Temmies shop. The method goes like this
The last way involves Cloudy Glasses. Go to Gerson's shop, buy as much as you can for 30G each, then go back to the Tem Shop. You can then sell each one of those for at least 50G, so you have a 20G benefit for each Cloudy Glasses you sell.
Then, once you have enough G you can go back to where you had the date and trade it your G for Dog Coin
(25G for 5 dog coin)

Wonderful advice! I was completely at a loss when I was at the end game with only a dozen Gs and still hundreds of Dog coins to chip in. But the Cloudy Glass traffic is really great if you want money fast. I was able to get about 600G in no time! Great guide!

This trophy (and all other Dognation trophies) can be obtained by donating various amounts of G to the Dog Shrine. The shrine is located within Sans' and Papyrus' house in Snowdin Town.
To access the shrine, you must spare Papyrus during your battle with him after reaching the end of the forest/town area. After this, return to Snowdin Town to see Papyrus standing outside of his house. Speak with him, and he will unlock the front door. Once inside, walk straight ahead into the kitchen and inspect the tall sink. After a short scene plays, walk into the newly opened doorway to find the Dog Shrine.
You can only donate a set amount of G to the shrine at any given time before you must leave the room to see how the dog spends the money you've given it. A total of 350G is needed for all levels; for Level 6, only 13G is required, and this unlocks a boombox in the shrine room which plays a series of progressively sped-up versions of the Annoying Dog Song every time you try to change the song.
Assuming no G has been spent by the player up to this point, and some areas/minigames have been grinded (you can replay a golf-like game in the Snowdin area for G by pushing a snowball in to a hole; the better you perform/the faster you do so, the more G you receive), it's possible to have all 350G already, just by sparing monsters and examining various objects (notably, the couch in Sans' and Papyrus' house contains 20G, and a snow poff before fighting the Greater Dog boss contains 30G). If not, you can return to the Dog Shrine at almost any time in the game after progressing further. Items can also be sold at the Tem Shop in Temmie Village.

Monarch
On your sixth visit to the Shrine you will be able to donate 13G, once you've done so this trophy will unlock. For more information on the Dog Shrine refer to Donation Level 15.
