You will get this as part of the main story. After you complete the Ruins area, simply walk to the right, chat with some lovely skeletons, and then the achievement should unlock

Story related, cannot be missed

After you get past Toriel and exit the ruins, keep walking in the snow forest until you're introduced to Sans and Papyrus. Once the cutscene finishes and you regain control over your character, this trophy will unlock.
