You don't need to grind coins. Just use your coins to buy Dog coins and then save before starting
Turn 30 coins to 500 by just playing slots. Just spam A and you should earn more than you lose
If somehow you run out of coins you can dashboard and reload your save to retry

A little tip with this achievement is to press the Xbox home button to to see what the slot machine has. I used this method and got these slot machine achievements much faster.
The, Pants, Party
See Dognation One X (100G) for info on how to access the slot machine, as well as the alternate method of unlocking these achievements. If you decide to kill Papyrus during his boss fight, you will get the slot machine achievements by donating gold, one piece at a time, to a donation box in the Garbage Zone. If you decide to spare Papyrus, you will play the slot machine in his house for the achievements, which I'll explain below.
There is no real method to getting the four bonuses required for these achievements. Buy some casino coins from the box on the left inside the casino, then just keep spamming
and paying one coin each spin, and you will inevitably hit all of them within 15-20 minutes. You'll get plenty of bonuses to keep your money flowing, especially if you get a triple dog face which is worth 150 coins. If you manage to get triple sevens, the wheels on the slot machine will slow down which may allow you to aim for a specific bonus. However, once you get a bonus after the triple seven, everything speeds back up.
