From the main galaxy map, this can be accessed from the planet Nestiwal.
You can access it immediately after finishing the VR tutorial, assuming you own the DLC.
It's a small map with 5 bouncing mushrooms and access to all four characters where you have 180 seconds to collect as many coins as you can (or at least 80 for another achievement).
You have some leeway towards the 80, I got 87 while still making some small mistakes. However, you do have to be pretty quick and tight about it without wasting too much time.
The coins seem to spawn quicker if you collect them quicker, they disappear more rapidly as time progresses, and appear more often/rapidly towards the end.
I mostly just used red to dash around as much as possible, but blue could certainly help. If you're already used to using all four characters this should especially not prove to be too difficult.
These mini games are available from the main menu once you have unlocked them.
