Easily done in the tutorial level. Just play through with Green until the end.
There will be a bird-like enemy up in the air that you have to kill, otherwise you won't get to the upper platform (with the exit door). Since there's no other way up, the game will infinitely respawn the enemy, which means you can easily grind it out there. Just jump and press X 50 times.
