How to unlock the Promotion achievement in Unmechanical: Extended - Definitive Guide

This is one of two endings. Spoilers.

Once completing one ending, pick Continue from the main menu to simply replay the very last part described. Thanks MC0REBE for the reminder of that.

This achievement is for getting one of the two endings at the end of Chapter 5 in the main game. To get Promotion, you place the broken robot into the incinerator at the end, which powers up the switch, then press the switch.

At the end of the game after opening the door by switching out the battery you will have to go find the broken robot. There are two possible endings, for this one you must drop him in the machine and become the new janitor.

This is one of the endings of the base game.



To get the other ending (and the other trophy), just hit Continue from the Main Menu. This will take you back to the last checkpoint. Simply follow the instructions in the other trophy guide:
