How to unlock the Rest in peace achievement in Unmechanical: Extended - Definitive Guide

This is one of two alternate endings. Spoilers.

Once completing one ending, pick Extended>Continue from the main menu to simply replay the very last part described. Thanks MC0REBE for the reminder of that.

This video from "aka Scratch" demonstrates this achievement. Same spoilers within this as the text. Note that this videos shows both endings, Self-sacrifice first and Rest in Peace as from about 3:07.

The robot didn't spawn when I hit continue. Had to start a new quick extended run.

The robot spawned... right on the lever switch. Was stuck with some weird physics jankiness, and couldn't pull it off. Also had to restart because of that bug.

Same thing here, robot did not spawn. However, I quit to main menu and tried again. Had to repeat this 4 times until the robot spawned. Still quicker than having to replay the level so worth a try.

Your robot may have rolled to the left. Be sure to check over there, it may be buried under the rubble like my robot was.

The robot had rolled all the way to the left for me, past all of the rocks that had dropped down

Same here, no robot spawned in. I restarted and it spawned on the third try.

This is one of the two alternate endings for the Extended extra chapter. When you reach the end, you'll see two open wires sparking to the right. Continue flying up past them and place the broken robot on the receptacle to the upper-right side of the room, which will open an escape route and allow you to leave. This achievement unlocks once the credits roll. Check timestamp 1:03:14 in the walkthrough video for this one.

This is one of the endings of the 'Extended' episode.



To get the other ending (and the other trophy), from the main menu just hit Extended then Continue. This will restart you at the end -- Just follow the instructions in the other trophy:
