Chapter 1 starts at 0:00:07 in the walkthrough video (or just start at the beginning lol, it's just after the intro). This achievement is unmissable and unlocks upon completing Chapter 1.

If you get stuck at the end of level 1 at the puzzle with the 4 red buttons and the cubes (where you have opened all the red gates and the ball of light won't come down through the tube ) you will need to restart the game from the beginning.

MikeBut, that's exactly what happened to me. Bugs that gets in the way of progression is unacceptable so i uninstalled the game. Same thing happened with Dragon Age: Origins and I haven't played that since either.
