As to be done on one save slot. You can follow the in game tracker in the challenge section.
An easy way is on chapter 3 : there are infinite heath packs in the infirmary. So :
- take 6 health packs and save.
- Trigger an alarm (for example the place with thermic detectors).
- Shoot and heal the enemy. Save.
Rinse & repeat until 20 healing. Easier on easy difficulty, of course.
